Booking Terms and Conditions
By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Late cancellations or missed appointments prevent us from offering that time to other clients and result in lost income for the business.
Cancellation Notice
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
- Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice, if a deposit has been made it can be transferred to a new appointment.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice – 50% of the total treatment cost will be charged to cover the loss of the reserved appointment time
No-Show Appointments
If you fail to attend your appointment without notifying us, this will be treated as a no-show.
In this case:
- If a deposit has been paid it will be forfeited.
- We reserve the right to charge up to 100% of the appointment value to cover the loss of the booked time.
- Future bookings will require full payment in advance.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your treatment time may need to be reduced or your appointment may need to be cancelled.
If the appointment cannot go ahead due to late arrival, it will be treated as a late cancellation and the deposit will be retained.
Outstanding Charges
If a cancellation or no-show fee remains unpaid, future bookings may not be accepted until the balance is settled.
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand emergencies can happen. In cases such as illness, accidents, or family emergencies, fees may be waived at our discretion.
New Clients
New clients will be required to pay a deposit or full payment when booking.
Treatment Suitability
Clients must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, medications, or skin sensitivities prior to treatment. We reserve the right to refuse treatment where necessary for safety reasons.
Patch Testing
Certain treatments require a patch test 24–48 hours before the appointment. If a patch test is required but not completed, the appointment will be cancelled and the cost of the treatment will be required in full.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of beauty services, refunds are not offered. If you have any concerns regarding your treatment, please contact us within 48 hours so we can review and resolve the issue.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate, unsafe, or disrespectful behaviour.

By booking an appointment through our online booking system, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this cancellation policy.
